Easter at the Disneyland Resort – Photo Update with Jay!
DAPs Magic Disney News – by Jaytasmic
Hello everyone! Happy Easter! I know my photo update posts have been missing for a while now but I’m happy to report that I’m back and ready to post more photo updates for you all!
This past week I celebrated my birthday at the resort and I took advantage of my time there to take some photos of the Spring time/Easter Limited Time Magic events that were going on. These events definitely made my birthday one of the best Disneyland trips in a long time, especially because I got to see one of my most favorite childhood characters, Roger Rabbit! Other rare characters that were brought out for this one week only event were Carl Fredricksen, Rabbit, and Brer Rabbit. Mickey and Minnie were even wearing their spring time clothes, and looked quite dapper in them.
It is definitely spring time at the Disneyland. The beautiful pink flowers adorn the Hub and really bring even more beauty to the view.
This is the first time we get to witness Spring time on Buena Vista street, and it is definitely a beautiful sight. Much like the Hub at Disneyland, Carthay Circle is decorated with an array of pink flowers that really compliment the fountain and theater well.
Mr. Easter Rabbit visited Disneyland to greet the guests and even brought some peeps with him to give to everyone! They were tasty indeed.
Carl Fredredricksen joined Russel at the wilderness explorer camp in Disney California Adventure and he was even in the festive mood with his Easter bunny ears.
Mickey and Minnie Mouse take a relaxing stroll in Town Square, while wearing their spring outfits. They sure look happy it’s spring time!
My favorite part of the Easter event this week was definitely the Bunny Hop. Mostly because some rare rabbit characters were brought out to hop with guests, including Rabbit, The White Rabbit, Brer Rabbit, and Roger Rabbit! Are they all related? They all have the same last name..
Rabbit from Winnie-the-Pooh and Brer Rabbit from Song of the South hopped down Main Street to prepare for the Bunny Hop!
Roger Rabbit was definitely the highlight of my entire visit that day. He sure seemed excited to be back at Disneyland! If only he would show up more often.
The Dapper Dans, Easter Bunny, and Mickey Mouse all led the Bunny Hop on Main Street. U.S.A.
As you can see, this was definitely a popular “Limited Time Magic” event. Definitely one of my favorites so far. Just look at the crowed around Roger! Just goes to show how much he is loved.

Thank you everyone for checking out my photo update! Did you guys love Easter week as much as I did? I can’t wait to see what the next event offers us! But for now, Happy Easter!
