Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. renewed for third season

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Embark on New Mission in Season 3

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will be returning for its third season this fall and frankly, there are a lot of different directions the show could go at this point. A small tease towards where the show will be going has been released via the season three synopsis which says:

Director Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) embarks on a deadly new secret mission to protect the world from new threats in the wake of SHIELD’s wars with Hydra and a rogue faction of Inhumans.

What exactly this means remains to be seen but you can bet there will be a lot of conversations about it between now and this fall when the show returns. When it does return, it will be again at 9:00 pm on Tuesday nights. The cast will continue to include Clark Gregg as Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Melinda May, Brett Dalton as Grant Ward, Chloe Bennet as Skye, Iain De Caestecker as Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Jemma Simmons, Nick Blood as Lance Hunter and Adrianne Palicki as Bobbi Morse.

Where do you think season three will take the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? Let’s get the discussion going below and then in several months, see who was closest to the truth!… if we find out the truth…

Make it a GREAT day!

I only hope that it gives us a good build up to Civil War in a similar way to how it built up to Ultron this year, but I also hope it gives us our own exciting story. Considering they are setting up Secret Warriors and to my knowledge in the Comics Secret Warriors was a thing during the Civil War it seems kinda genius to me
