Joseph is one of the most "disney" cast members you'll ever meet. He goes out of his way to make sure that every guest he comes in contact with smiles. He has been known to go out of his way to make birthday guests feel special, even having people in the emporium sing "Happy Birthday" for kids. He is a great example of Disney Magic!

I LOVE Joseph, I havn't seen him in months ! he has gone above and beyond to help my daughter with her pin collection LOL, every time I spot him I HAVE to say hello, he just makes you wanna smile LOL
