Song Saturday: Compass of Your Heart
A day late, but better than never. It’s Murray filling in for Wizard Victor. Since traveling to Tokyo there it’s one sing that doesn’t easily get out of my head. It’s nit a movie sing, and is featured only on an attraction at Tokyo Disney Sea. The sing is Compass of Your Heart and is on Sindbad’s Storybook Adventure.
The song was written for a redoing of the attraction and is used to tie the story together. It was written by Alan Menken and is add well done as any of his other work. The lyrics are mostly on Japanese. The only lyric in English is the title line. But it’s easy to figure out what may be said in the rest. It’s catchy. It’s epic. It’s now one of my favorites.
