Disney Introduces Grand Prize Sweepstakes for ‘D-Lightful Living’ Challenge

GLENDALE, CALIF. (Nov. 8, 2011) — Getting kids to become animated about healthy lifestyle habits is not always easy. To thank families for striving to embrace healthy habits and following the 12-week D-Lightful Living program, Disney Consumer Products (DCP) invites fans to enter to win the ultimate grand prize – a trip for four to a special Disney Magic of Healthy Living experience at a Disney resort in 2012. Fans can enter now through Dec. 11 by visiting the D-Lightful Living portal on DCP’s official Facebook page, Disney Living.

D-Lightful Living is a series of weekly challenges that provides parents with tips inspired by fun Disney-branded products on how to help motivate their families to make simple and easy changes like eating more fruits and vegetables, improving oral care habits and preparing for cold and flu season. Each week features a video challenge from the “Go-To Mom,” Kimberley Clayton Blaine — a mom blogger, child development expert and licensed child therapist – showcasing simple tips and product suggestions to help other parents guide their kids toward a healthier lifestyle using products that feature their favorite Disney characters. In addition to the grand prize, each week fans can enter to win the featured assortment ofDisney-branded products. The D-Lightful Living challenges run weekly through the end of November.
