Epcot’s Future World to Be Home of Space-Themed Restaurant

Since being announced that an immersive space-themed restaurant would be coming to Walt Disney World, there has been much speculation on where it would land. Now we know. The Disney Parks Blog announced this week that the new space-themed restaurant will be coming to Future World at Epcot. The new restaurant will be built between the Mission: SPACE and Test Track attractions.

The new experiential restaurant will give guests a chance to eat some amazing food from high above the Earth in space. This will, of course, come with some spectacular views and create a dining experience that is out of this world. The restaurant will be operated by the Patina Restaurant Group, led by Nick Valenti.  Patina Restaurant Group operates other restaurants around the Walt Disney World Resort, including Tutto Italia and Via Napoli at Epcot and also Morimoto Asia and Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante at Disney Springs.

This isn’t the only new experience coming to Epcot however. This summer Star-Lord and Gamora will be dancing the day away Guardians of the Galaxy – Awesome Mix Live! as a part of Walt Disney World’s Incredible Summer. This will be found at the America Gardens Theatre in the World Showcase at Epcot five times a day. Work also continues on a new Guardians of the Galaxy attraction at Epcot.
